Emily Mcgowan
Emily is the owner and creative mind at Elm Home Design. She has extensive design and construction experience, having earned several design degrees. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design and a Master of Arts in Business and Human Services. She holds a Class A Residential Builder License. Emily has over 15 years of experience and detailed knowledge of residential building, full home remodels, Interior design, cabinetry, and kitchen and bath design.
Stephanie Hull
Stephanie is our Project Coordinator and Assistant at Elm Home Design. She helps manage details, schedules, and communication to keep each remodel on track. She is originally from Pennsylvania and brings a background in education, having taught for five years after earning her bachelor’s degree from Liberty University. She joined the team in June 2025.
Tom McGowan
Tom is our Project Manager at Elm Home Design. He brings decades of leadership experience from a wide range of careers, including serving as a school principal, pastor, and working in the roofing industry with Cenvar Roofing. Today, he works alongside his daughter, Emily, to help manage projects with care, integrity, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
