Full-Service Remodeling & New Construction
Whether you're remodeling your home, building an addition, or planning a custom new home, our team is here to guide you through every step of the process.
Step 1 | Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a phone call where we'll discuss your vision, project goals, timeline, and investment range. If we're a good fit, we'll schedule a complimentary 30–60 minute in-home consultation.
During this meeting, we'll:
Walk through your space
Discuss your ideas, needs, and inspiration
Evaluate the scope of the project
Talk through your budget and desired timeline
Answer your questions about our process
This meeting allows us to understand your goals while giving you the opportunity to get to know our team and determine if we're the right partner for your project.
Step 2 | Design & Project Development
Once you've decided to move forward with ELM Home Design, we'll begin the design phase.
To reserve your project on our schedule, we'll collect a non-refundable design retainer starting at $5,000, with the final amount based on the size and complexity of your project.
During this phase, we'll create:
Custom design concepts
Detailed floor plans
3D renderings
Material and finish selections
A comprehensive project scope
A turnkey investment proposal
By the end of this process, you'll have a complete vision of your project before construction begins.
Step 3 | Construction
Once every detail has been finalized, our team takes over.
We'll manage every aspect of your project, including:
Project scheduling
Material procurement
Vendor and subcontractor coordination
Quality control
Constant communication throughout construction
Our organized project management keeps your remodel moving efficiently while ensuring exceptional craftsmanship from start to finish.
Design Retainer
Starting at $5,000
Your non-refundable design retainer secures your place on our schedule and covers the development of your custom design package. The final retainer amount is based on the scope and complexity of your project and will be outlined in your agreement.
