full service Remodel AND NEW CONSTRUCTION

Are you remodeling you remodeling your home, building an addition, and/or considering new construction? Begin our process with a phone call to discuss the scope of your project as well as your budget. If you’d like to move forward, next is a free 30 - 60 minute in-home consultation with Elm Home Design at your project location.  This initial meeting will determine the scope of the full project, budget, and time frame.  Our design team will get a grasp on your design inspiration and vision for the project.  This helps you get to know our team and determine if we are a good fit for your project!

Once you have had an initial consultation and you have chosen to move forward with Elm Home Design on your project, you will sign a retainer form along with a minimum non-refundable deposit starting at $5,000. This fee is based on the scope of your project. Elm Home Design will prepare a detailed design concept, 3-D renderings of your space, a project scope and estimate, as well as a turn key contract proposal to work with us.

Once the plans are finalized, we will manage all aspects and ensure your entire project runs smoothly from start to finish! 

Retainer Cost: Starting at $5,000 (based on project scope), non-refundable retainer, additional cost to be determined by the project and will be detailed in the contract.
